Rushing Cappel 
Rushing was born on October 3rd, 1875.1 Rushing's father was Charles Armas Cappel and his mother was Azema Lemoine. His maternal grandparents were Zenon L. Lemoine and Delphine Bordelon. He had two brothers named Milton and Clifford. He died at the age of 72 on January 9th, 1948.1 -
