Catherine was born in New Orleans, Louisiana.1 Catherine's father was Andre Simon and her mother was Marie Anne Vallo. Her paternal grandparents were Jean Simon and Marguerite Marssine; her maternal grandparents were Gabriel Vallo and Jeanne Merry. She was an only child. She died after January 5th, 1778.1 -
