Milton Cappel 
Milton was born on February 22nd, 1879.1 Milton's father was Charles Armas Cappel and his mother was Azema Lemoine. His maternal grandparents were Zenon L. Lemoine and Delphine Bordelon. He had two brothers named Rushing and Clifford. He died at the age of 94 in January 1974.1 General Notes
