Anne Bell

Anne was born on January 6th, 1756 in Sussex County, Virginia.¹ Anne's father was James Bell and her mother was Mildred Robinson. Her paternal grandparents were JOHN Bell and HANNAH STOKES. She had three brothers and six sisters, named George, Balaam, Benjamin, Hannah, Mary Elizabeth, Rebecca, Mildred Lucas, Betty Sawbridge and Sallie Wilkes. She is the second oldest of the ten children.
