Rispia Clementine was born about 1873.1 Rispia Clementine's father was James Linford Bailey and her mother is Nancy Jane Brown. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Bailey and Priscilla Cooke. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Thomas W., George W., Cordelia and Sarah. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died on July 18th, 1948.1 -
