Ira Bailey

Ira was born about 1875 in Wyoming Co., West Virginia.¹ Ira's father is David C. Bailey and his mother is Lucinda Jane Lambert. His paternal grandfather was Isaac Bailey and his paternal grandmother is Judy Cooke. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Thomas J., George C., Humphrey, Frank Otway, Bert A., Romeo O., David H., Oscar, Olivia Ellender, Mary, Rachael Abigail and Burbie. He is the fifth oldest of the thirteen children.
