Morris P. Thaxton

Morris P. was born in October 1880 in Iowa. Morris P.'s father was William Shepherd "Will" Thaxton and his mother was Mary Ellen Gordon. His paternal grandparents were Sheppard Thaxton and Martha J. McCormick. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Frank E., Ray D., Alice G., Mildred Mae and Alwilda M.. He was the third oldest of the six children.
