Richard Sweet 
Richard was born about 1659 in Warwick,Kent County,Rhode Island. Richard's father was John Sweet and his mother was Elizabeth Scott Jefferys. His paternal grandparents were John Sweet and Mary UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather was Robert Jeffreys and his maternal grandmother is Mary UNKNOWN. He had eight brothers and a sister, named John, Daniel, James, Benjamin, Henry, William, Jeremiah, Rufus and Miss. He is the fourth oldest of the ten children.General Notes
