Martha Samuels

Martha was born in 1803 in Sissonville,Kanawha,W. Virginia. Martha's father was Samuel Greenberry Samuels and her mother was Esther Slack. Her paternal grandfather was Shadrack Samuels; her maternal grandfather was Philip Slack and her maternal grandmother is Sarah UNKNOWN. She had a brother and six sisters, named John Greenberry, Mary Polly, Emily, Sarah Catherine, Nancy, Rachel and Rebecca. She was the oldest of the eight children. She died at the age of 90 in 1893 in Sissonville,Kanawha,W. Virginia. She was buried in 1893 in Sissonville,Kanawha,W. Virginia.
