John Slack 
John was born on April 17th, 1715 in Maidenhead,Hunterdon,New Jersey and his baptism took place there on April 17th, 1715. John's father was Cornelius Hendrickse Slack and his mother was Johanna Van De Water. His paternal grandfather was Hendrick Cornelius Sleght and his paternal grandmother is Elsje Barentse Lieveling. He had four brothers, and also a sibling of unknown gender named Hendrick Cornelius, Benjamin, Abraham, James and Engeltje. He died at the age of 70 on August 12th, 1785 in Lower Wakefield,Bucks,Pennsylvania.-
