John Slack

John was born on June 27th, 1747 in Lower Wakefield,Bucks,Pennsylvania. John's father was John Slack and his mother was Jane Winder. His paternal grandparents were Cornelius Hendrickse Slack and Johanna Van De Water; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Winder and his maternal grandmother is Sara Bull. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Cornelius, Thomas, Joseph, Timothy, Philip, Noah, Benjamin and Elizabeth.
