Mary STROUD 
Mary was born on April 17th, 1760 in St. Thomas District, Orange, NC. Mary's father was William STROUD and her mother was Elizabeth E. Esteridge. Her paternal grandfather was William Stroud and her paternal grandmother is Margaret Rose; her maternal grandparents are Ephraim ESTERIDGE and Sarah Fussell. She had six brothers and four sisters, named John, Anderson, Marshall, William Doak, Thomas S., Dixon A, Margaret, Francis Fanny, Sarah "Sally" and Elizabeth. She was the third oldest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 74 on November 22nd, 1834 in St. Thomas District, Orange, NC.General Notes
