James Allen SHELTON 
James Allen was born on March 4th, 1878 in Manchester, Coffee Co, Tennessee. James Allen's father was James K P SHELTON and his mother was Sophia KEELE. His paternal grandparents were Wiley Preston SHELTON and Matilda Ann GIBSON; his maternal grandparents are Green Richard Keele and Lucy UNKNOWN. He had two brothers and three sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Alexander L, Richard, Rachel, Lucinda Emeline, Matilda Jane and UNKNOWN. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 75 on April 3rd, 1953 in Hillsboro, Coffee Co, Tennessee.General Notes
