John Hoover Replogle 
John Hoover was born on February 11th, 1829 in Potter Creek, Bedford Co., PA. John Hoover's father is David Replogle and his mother was Nancy Ann Hoover. His maternal grandparents were Frederick Hoover and Catharine BRUMBAUGH. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Samuel Hoover, David Hoover, Jacob Hoover, Levi Hoover, Catharine Elizabeth, Susanna, Mary, Barbara and Nancy H.. He was the third oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 78 on January 10th, 1908 in Hagerstown, Wayne Co., IN.-
