Samuel Ratliff

Samuel was born about 1728.¹   Samuel's father was Robert RATLIFF and his mother is Mary TOUCHSTONE.  His paternal grandfather was Richard RATCLIFF; his maternal grandfather is Richard TOUCHSTONE. He had six brothers and a sister, named Richard, Daniel Stephen, Silas, William, Reuben, Benjamin and Lydia.  He is the fourth oldest of the eight children.
