Richard Ratliff

Richard was born in 1716.¹   Richard's father was Robert RATLIFF and his mother is Mary TOUCHSTONE.  His paternal grandfather was Richard RATCLIFF; his maternal grandfather is Richard TOUCHSTONE. He had six brothers and a sister, named Daniel Stephen, Samuel, Silas, William, Reuben, Benjamin and Lydia.  He is the oldest of the eight children.
