Lula ROMNEY 
Lula was born on May 8th, 1894 in Colonia Juarez, Chihuahua, Mx. Lula's father was Miles Park ROMNEY and her mother was Catherine Jane COTTAM. Her paternal grandparents were Miles ROMNEY and Elizabeth GASKELL; her maternal grandparents were Thomas COTTAM and Caroline SMITH. She had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas Cottam, Thomas Cottam, Junius, Claude, Park, Vernon, Caroline Cottam, Emma, Ethel and Ida. She was the second youngest of the eleven children. She died at the age of 98 on March 27th, 1993 in Bear River City, Box Elder, Utah.General Notes
