Elizabeth Slade was born on March 22nd, 1822 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.1 Elizabeth Slade's father was Levi Pierce and her mother was Betsy S. Wheeler. Her paternal grandparents were Isaac Pierce and Anne Fitch; her maternal grandparents were Jarvis Wheeler and Sarah HORTON. She was an only child.
