Sarah was born on December 28th, 1777 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Ma.1 Sarah's father was Comfort HORTON and her mother was Joanna WOOD. Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan HORTON and Anne MILLERD; her maternal grandfather was Jabez WOOD and her maternal grandmother is Joanna SHORT. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Samuel, Jabez, Philip, John, Joanna and Betsey. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She died at the age of 78 on May 13th, 1856 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Ma.General Notes
