Herbert Spencer was born on October 26th, 1895. Herbert Spencer's father was John Huston PHILLIPS and his mother was Susan Roberta PHILLIPS. His paternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Rebecca Jane WILLIAMS. He had three brothers and four sisters, named John Oscar, William Moore, Shelah, Winnie Elizabeth, Hattie Roberta, Katie Lee and Sarah Rebecca. He is the third youngest of the eight children.-
