Edmond David PHILLIPS 
Edmond David was born on July 29th, 1860. Edmond David's father was Benjamin Franklin PHILLIPS and his mother was Elizabeth DILLON. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Spencer, Howell, L. A., Audye, Mary, Emma and Anna. He is the oldest of the eight children.-
