William Spencer PHILLIPS 
William Spencer was born on July 31st, 1862. William Spencer's father was Benjamin Franklin PHILLIPS and his mother was Elizabeth DILLON. His paternal grandparents were David PHILLIPS and Mary (Polly) WATERS. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Edmond David, Howell, L. A., Audye, Mary, Emma and Anna. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 55 on January 16th, 1918.-
