Benjamin Rion PHILLIPS 
Benjamin Rion was born on December 14th, 1894. Benjamin Rion's father is Edmond David PHILLIPS and his mother is Fannie RION. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin PHILLIPS and Elizabeth DILLON. He had two brothers and a sister, named Rufus Enoch, Kelly Duggin and Nannie Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 12 on February 1st, 1907.-
