James PERSINGER 
James was born on November 19th, 1791 in , Kanawha, West Virginia. James' father was John George Persinger and his mother was Elizabeth Catherine KIMBERLANE. His paternal grandfather was Jacob S. Persinger and his paternal grandmother is Rebecca UNKNOWN; his maternal grandparents were Jacob Friedrich KIMBERLING and Mary Magadeline Schumacher. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, John, Luke, Michael B, Elizabeth and Barbary. He was the youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 64 in 1855.General Notes
