Charles Franklin was born on August 31st, 1893. Charles Franklin's father was William Philip Null and his mother was Rebecca Caroline Cox. His paternal grandfather is Henry Null and his paternal grandmother was Laurana Belle Higginbotham. He had a brother and two sisters, named William Lawrence, Etna and Mina. He died at the age of 64 on September 19th, 1957 in Charleston, West Virginia.-
