Rachel was born on January 14th, 1776 in Of, Pikeland, Chester, Pennsylvania. Rachel's father is William Milhous and her mother is Hannah Baldwin. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Milhous and Sarah MILLER; her maternal grandparents are Joshua Baldwin and Mercy Brown. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Joshua, William, Mercy, Sarah, Hannah, Phebe and Jane. She is the fourth oldest of the nine children.-
