Phebe was born on May 26th, 1785 in Of, Pikeland, Chester, Pennsylvania. Phebe's father is William Milhous and her mother is Hannah Baldwin. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Milhous and Sarah MILLER; her maternal grandparents are Joshua Baldwin and Mercy Brown. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Samuel, Joshua, William, Mercy, Sarah, Rachel, Hannah and Jane. She is the second youngest of the nine children.-
