Ransom McDonough

Ransom was born in 1796 in , , North Carolina.  Ransom's father was Andrew C. McDonough and his mother was Sarah Elizabeth Patterson.  His paternal grandfather was Andrew McDonough and his paternal grandmother is Mary UNKNOWN. He had six brothers and a sister, named William, Andrew C., Henry, James, John, Calvin and Elizabeth.  He was the third youngest of the eight children. He had a half-sister named Mary Polly.  He died about 1845.
