Leonard LOFTIN 
Leonard was born on January 5th, 1697 in Old Bath Co. Area "chowan" & ", Craven, Nc. Leonard's father was Leonard LOFTIN and his mother was Elizabeth UNKNOWN. His paternal grandparents were Ludwick Leonard LOFTIN and Elizabeth UNKNOWN. He had three brothers and eight sisters, named Cornelius, Cornelius, Benoni, Jane, Joyce, Dorcellay, Jane, Mary, Joyce, Dorcelly and Mary. He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 77 in 1774 in Handcock Creek, Craven, North Carolina.General Notes
