Egidia Gillie was born about 1437 in Scotland. Egidia Gillie's father was William Keith and her mother is Mary Hamilton. Her paternal grandfather was Robert Keith and her paternal grandmother is Heiress Troup; her maternal grandfather was James I Hamilton and her maternal grandmother is Janet Livingston. She had four brothers and a sister, named William, Robert, John, Alexander and Marion. She was the second oldest of the six children. She died after August 14th, 1473 in Scotland.-
