Ann Jenkins 
Ann was born about 1804 in Prince Edward Co Virginia.1 Ann's father was Obadiah Jenkins and her mother is Sarah Young. Her paternal grandfather is Unknown Jenkins; her maternal grandfather was Henry Young and her maternal grandmother is Elizabeth Unknown. She had ten brothers and four sisters, named Henry Young, Obediah C., James, William M., Thomas Robert, Daniel Y., Creed T., Joel, John M., Richard J., Elizabeth M., Frances, Martha and Mary.
Ann and Samuel were married in a religious ceremony on September 14th, 1825 in Prince Edward Co., VA.1
