Robert William Hoover 
Robert William was born on December 14th, 1838 in , Bedford, TN. Robert William's father was James HOOVER and his mother was Susan G. Moore. His paternal grandparents were Christopher HOOVER and Elizabeth LOTSPEICH. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Charles M., Hugh L., Clemintina F., Calidonia Jane, Martha Ann, Mary Elvira, Eliza Eleanor and Susan Olivia. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 78 on September 21st, 1917 in Paris, Lamar, TX. He was buried on September 22nd, 1917 in Evergreen Cemetary, Paris, Lamar, TX.General Notes
