James Hoover 
James was born on August 23rd, 1816. James' father was Andrew Hoover and his mother is Gulielma Ratliff. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Hoover\HUBER and Elizabeth Waymire. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Mahon, Enos, Thomas, John, Elizabeth, Mary and Gulielma. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 91 on July 15th, 1908.-
