Robert HUNTER 
Robert was born on January 15th, 1818 in Paisley, Renfrew, Scotland. Robert's father was John HUNTER and his mother was Jean (Jane) MURCHIE. His paternal grandparents were Robert HUNTER and Jean Or Jane BROCK; his maternal grandparents were William MURCHIE and Elizabeth GEMMIL. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named William, John, Thomas, Daniel, James, Clark, Archibald Murchie, Elizabeth, Jane Broke and Mary. He was the oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 69 on February 21st, 1887 in Paisley, Renfrew, Scotland. He was buried in Paisley, Renfrew, Scotland.General Notes
