William Dillard GRANDSTAFF 
William Dillard was born on February 18th, 1829. William Dillard's father was David GRANDSTAFF and his mother was Margaret PHILLIPS. His maternal grandparents were John PHILLIPS and Mary UNKNOWN. He had eight brothers and two sisters, named Isaac Preston, Levi Benjamin, David Wilson, Thomas Henry, Samuel Archibald, Shelah Bradley, Josie Pendleton, John Bethel, Margaret (Polly) and Martha Jane. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 73 on January 20th, 1903.-
