Robert Harvey was born on February 1st, 1791 in , , Sc. Robert Harvey's father was John GILLESPIE and his mother was Jane HARVEY. His paternal grandparents were William GILLESPIE and Mary Clendenin; his maternal grandfather is William HARVEY. He had two brothers and three sisters, named William, Mathew, Rebecca, Mary and Isabell. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 90 on May 29th, 1881.General Notes
