Joseph Atkins GHEEN 
Joseph Atkins was born on April 24th, 1796 in West Bradford, , Pa. Joseph Atkins' father was Thomas GHEEN and his mother was Alice Ann ATKINS. His paternal grandparents were Joseph GHEEN and Elizabeth INGRAM; his maternal grandparents are William ATKINS and Martha BUFFINGTON. He had two brothers and five sisters, named William Atkins, Levi Atkins, Elizabeth Atkins, Martha, Sarah, Mary Ann and Susannah. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 48 in May 1844.General Notes
