Elzia A.P. was born in 1854. Elzia A.P.'s father was William Harrison Epperson and her mother was Mary M. Dulaney. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen T. Epperson and Elizabeth (Polly) Wolfe. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named John W., Stephen Floyd, Isaac S., Joseph H. Clint, Louise E., Polly Janette, Sarah Elizabeth, Minerva L., Caroline V., Alice M., Mollie B. and Margaret I.. She was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 95 in 1949 in ;buried Prospect United Methodist Church Cemetery,__.-
