Milton Stover was born on September 15th, 1899 in Abilene, , Kansas. Milton Stover's father was David Jacob Eisenhower and his mother was Ida Elizabeth STOVER. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Frederick EISENHOWER and Margareta (Rebecca) MATTER; his maternal grandparents were Simon P. STOVER and Elizabeth Ida Juda LINK. He had seven brothers named Arthur Bradford, Edgar Newton, Dwight David "Ike", Roy Jacob, Paul A., Earl Dewey and UNKNOWN. He was the second youngest of the eight children.
