Hiram Wade was born on July 5th, 1858 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia. Hiram Wade's father is Michael Dewitt Clinton and his mother was Roxalana "Roxy" Fisher. His maternal grandfather was George Fisher and his maternal grandmother is Frances A. Lanham. He had eight brothers and three sisters, named Charles Bingley, George Dunreath, John Dewitt, Summitt Wellington "Wild Bill", Henry Franklin, Joseph S., Jacob, Robert Melton, Mary Ann, Sidney Catherine and Ida Jane. He was the fifth youngest of the twelve children. He died in 1858 in ,Kanawha,W. Virginia.-
