Joshua Cecil 
Joshua was born in 1730 in PGC,MD. Joshua's father was Phillip Sessell Cissell and his mother was Elizabeth Sprigg Gittings. His paternal grandparents were William Cecil and Mary Unknown. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John, William B., Philip Gittings, Mary, Elizabeth and Susannah. He had a half-sister named Elizabeth. He died after April 19th, 1814 in Harrison Co,OH.1 General Notes
