John BUCHANAN 
John was born in 1763 in Blairlush, Tyrone, Donegal, Ireland. John's father was John BUCHANAN and his mother was Jane Trindle RUSSELL. His paternal grandparents are William Alexander BUCHANAN and Mrs. BUCHANAN; his maternal grandparents were Samuel RUSSELL and Mary WATT. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William, Samuel, Thomas, James, Archibald, George, Sarah, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 25 in 1788 in Ire. He was buried in 1788 in , , Ireland.General Notes
