George Washington BUCHANAN 
George Washington was born on April 16th, 1808 in Mercersburg, Franklin, Pa and his baptism took place in , , Pa. George Washington's father was James BUCHANAN and his mother was Elizabeth SPEER. His paternal grandparents were John BUCHANAN and Jane Trindle RUSSELL; his maternal grandfather was James SPEER and his maternal grandmother is Mary PATTERSON. He had four brothers and six sisters, named James, John, William Speer, Edward Young, Mary, Jane, Maria, Sarah, Elizabeth and Harriet. He was the second youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 24 on September 26th, 1832.General Notes
