Henry BOWEN

Henry was born on March 18th, 1770 in Bowen's Cove, Tazwell Co., Va. Henry's father was Reece (Rees) BOWEN and his mother was Levisa(Louisa) Margaret SMITH. His paternal grandparents were John BOWEN and Lilly MCILHANEY. He had four brothers and six sisters, named John, Reece, Rees, Arthur, Margaret, Levisa(Louisa), Rebecca S., Nancy, Lily and Hannah. He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children. He died at the age of 80 on April 18th, 1850 in , Tazewell, Virginia.
