Bethenia was born on March 18th, 1767 in Of, Stokes, North Carolina. Bethenia's father was Absalom BOSTICK and her mother was Bethenia PERKINS. Her paternal grandparents were John BOSTICK and Nancy Elizabeth CHESLEY OR WILSON; her maternal grandfather was Nicholas III PERKINS and her maternal grandmother is Bethenia HARDING. She had five brothers and three sisters, named Absalom, John, Absalom, Don Ferdinand, Manoah Hardin, Susannah, Christina and Anne. She died at the age of 65 in 1832.General Notes
