Perry Calvin was born on June 29th, 1857 in Pleasant Grove, Utah, Ut. Perry Calvin's father was Levi Perry BINGHAM and his mother was Sarah Anne Elizabeth LUSK. His paternal grandparents were Lucius Augustus BINGHAM and Sarah STONE; his maternal grandparents were Samuel LUSK and Elizabeth Maria DIXON. He had three brothers and six sisters, named John Samuel, Lucius Augustus, William David, Louisa Elizabeth, Sarah M., Susan Emaline, Lucy Lucretia, Sarah Maria and Mary Ardella. He was the fourth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 59 on July 17th, 1916 in Clifton, Oneida (now Franklin), Id.
