Jackson BARNETT

Jackson was born about 1828 in <, Scott Co., Va>.  Jackson's father was James BARNETT and his mother is Jane WILLIAMS.  His paternal grandparents are James BARNETT and Rebecca UNKNOWN; his maternal grandfather is Joseph WILLIAMS. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John, Eli (Elijah), James William, Malinda, Phebe, Margaret (Peggy), Sarah Elizabeth and Adeline.  He is the second oldest of the nine children.
