Phoebe was born on July 14th, 1909 in Thatcher, Graham, Arizona, USA. Phoebe's father was Joseph Gilbert Anderson Allred and her mother was Elizabeth Allen. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Anderson Allred and Rhoda Ann Palmer. She had a brother and a sister, named Eldon Harvey and Ruth. She was the second oldest of the three children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Christopher Anderson, Joseph Myron, Charles Gilbert, Sarah Martin, Rhoda Olive and Margaret Eliza. She died at the age of 50 on April 16th, 1960.General Notes
