Eldon Harvey was born on September 5th, 1911 in Thatcher, Graham, Arizona, USA. Eldon Harvey's father was Joseph Gilbert Anderson Allred and his mother was Elizabeth Allen. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Anderson Allred and Rhoda Ann Palmer. He had two sisters named Ruth and Phoebe. He was the youngest of the three children. He had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Christopher Anderson, Joseph Myron, Charles Gilbert, Sarah Martin, Rhoda Olive and Margaret Eliza.
