Judith was born about 1033 in Flanders, France.1   Judith's father was Baldwin UNKNOWN and her mother was Adela Capet.  Her paternal grandparents were Baldwin UNKNOWN and Ogive-Otiva De Luxemburg; her maternal grandparents were Robert Capet and Constance De Toulouse. She had three brothers and a sister, named Baldwin, Henry, Robert and Matilda.  She was the third oldest of the five children. She had two half-sisters named Alix and Elena.  She died on March 5th, 1094.  She was buried in Weingarten.2 2 


Judith's first family with Tostig Godwinson

‌Judith and Tostig were married in a religious ceremony in October 1051.3   They had two sons named Skuli and Ketil.


Judith's second family with Guelph I-Iv D'este, Duke Of Bavaria

‌Judith and Guelph I-Iv D'este, Duke Of were married in a religious ceremony in 1071.3   They had two sons named Henry-Heinrich and Guelph Ii-V The Fat, Duke Of.
